Two things I love to always have on hand are a journal and a pen. When I'm stuck on what to do next, writing helps me conquer it. Whether it be stuck on a new article idea, not being able to finish a project I am working on, or having a lot of built up stress-writing seems to be the key to my success. Today I have for you five writing prompts to help you conquer practically anything. By clearing your mind and letting your emotions out on to paper anything is possible. Don't forget to have some fun with these:)
1. your earliest memory
This could be a tough one, but it really makes you think back and remember the first thing that you remember. The first time you had ice cream, or even your first family vacation. This prompt opens up the floodgates to memories you probably didn't remember you had. Take your time with this one and let all your early memories come back to you.
2. Your best day ever
If you're stressing out this is the prompt for you. Give yourself the opportunity to forget whatever is on your mind and go back to the day you'll never forget. The cool breeze blew through your hair while the sun warmed your skin-a time where everything seemed perfect. Write all about why it's remembered as your best day ever.
3. Your favorite place
Could be any place that made you feel happy and on top of the world. Did you travel long to get there? Or is it right in your own backyard? Don't leave out a single detail! You might not even know it's your favorite place until you start writing.
4. Your favorite hobby and why you started
It could be the first day you picked up your Bullet Journal, or the first day you took a brush stroke across a page. We all have different hobbies and it's fun to think back and wonder how and why they became our hobbies. Does it make you happy? Does it require supplies? Do you have a particular place that you have to do it?
5. Your go to outfit
Is it comfy? Does it reflect your personality? Do you love the fabric it's made out of? Describe every part of it and why it's your go to. Do you have memories associated with the outfit? or Does it make you feel the most like yourself?
I hope everyone has some fun with these-comment below any questions or writing prompts I should try!
