Index

In any leuchtturm1917 journal they provide with an index built into the journal itself, but that does not mean you cannot utilize this handy tool if you do not have one. Simply just make your own:)

My First Page

I like to immediately personalize my journal by using a quote. My current Bullet Journal is blue, which is why I decided to choose a quote to fit the blue theme. This is an optional step in the creating of your own journal, remember there is nothing you have to have to call your journal a bullet journal, do what works for you.

The Future Log

For me one of the greatest things in my bullet journal is the future log. I have a quick and easy glace at the upcoming eight months. Each month then receives a half a page for any upcoming events or things that I know I have to do in that month. It's so convenient when your in the process of making your monthly spread to look back in the future log to remember everything coming.

Monthly Spread

The monthly spread gives you a more direct view at what's coming in the up and coming month. During the semester it's great to see deadlines and any homework assignments due before the week of. I like to try different colors and different spreads, this one is time consuming that I did for May but what I have in store for June is much simpler.

Weekly Spreads

The monthly spread can sometimes be a little overwhelming to constantly look at, so the weeklies help break it down. I've experimented with a lot of different spread layouts, and this is one that works the best for me.

Daily Spreads

This is something I only recently started using in my Bullet Journal, and I love it. It's simply breaking down your weekly spread to have a sort of to do list everyday, and then if something isn't crossed off you simply migrate it to the next day. It gives you a chance to discover how important something is to you, as Bullet Journal creator Rider Carroll says.

My Start in the Bullet Journal Community-October 10th, 2016

This date marks my start in the Bullet Journaling community. I discovered the concept while browsing on Pinterest and was immediately intrigued and ran out to my local Barnes and Nobles store to find the closest thing I could to the official Bullet Journal, which turned out to be a black leather Moleskine notebook. The system is adaptable to any lifestyle or preference and I recommend it to all! Watch the short clip below to learn more
