Today I tried out my new envelope stencil and I have to say I love it! If you enjoy this video, give it a thumbs up, and subscribe to my channel:) From yesterday's adventure to Hobby Lobby I came home with this super duper cool DIY elephant wall hanger. It's completely made of cardboard and requires no extra materials (even though I used scissors to help). It is now hanging on my wall and I love it, and the fact that I made it:) Enjoy the video My mom recently gave me this beautiful turquoise necklace, and I found putting it on a silver chain was just not my thing. I then found an ombre hemp string and decided this is what I wanted to wear it on. I looked on Pinterest at different knots for hours trying to decide what would work the best for me for day to day wear. This is the knot I ended up choosing. It's great because you can tighten or loosen it whenever needed, which mean the length isn't permanent!
If you have any questions or comments put them below:) I scored this drab brown crate for $2.95 at the thrift store this past week and I couldn't wait to get started on fixing the drab into something really enjoyable. I decided I wanted to start by spray painting it a color that would brighten any room, and in my mind it's this baby bluish color. From there I threw ideas back and forth with my lovebug as to what the crate's purpose should be. The color reminded me of fresh life, and so it came to me! An herb garden: growing new life and adding a zing to my cooking. My lovebug and I built the middle console out of scrap wood pieces, and so this herb garden was born. The ball jars fit perfectly inside creating a centerpiece or counter top addition that serves a purpose. I can't wait to have everyone in on this journey of seeds to delightful herbs:)

I love writing letters and decorating envelopes so they feel more special once they arrive in the mail to my recipient. The first three people who comment on this post will receive a letter [email protected] ps: instead of food dye I used craft acrylic paint because there are WAY more color options
